From the North:
Take the Brooks Exit - go right off the exit - left at the stop sign at River Road
travel approx. 1 mile to The Gathering Place on the Right side of the road

From the South:
Take the Keizer Exit go left off the freeway and follow Lockhaven Drive to River Road
turn right onto River Road travel 2.5 miles to The Gathering Place on the left

All Day Rental Rates

Monday - Thursday ... Capacity 100 guests ... 8:00am to 10:00pm ... $550
$250 non-refundable deposit at time of reservation,
$300 due 30 days prior to event (includes $100 refundable damage deposit)

Friday - Sunday ... Capacity 100 guests ... 8:00am to Midnight ... $800
$450 non-refundable deposit at time of reservation,
$400 due 30 days prior to event (includes $200 refundable damage deposit).

Hourly Rental Rates

Monday * Tuesday * Wednesday * Thursday
Minimum 3 hour rental * Includes Set Up and Clean Up
$50 per hour Plus $100 refundable damage deposit

Friday * Saturday * Sunday
Rental Includes Set Up and Clean Up Time
4-hour rental $250 6-hour rental $350 8 hour rental $450
Additional hours @ $50 per hour
$100 refundable damage deposit on hourly rental
50% to hold reservation, balance due 30 days prior to event date

Meetings, Classes, Seminar Rental Rates

Monday - Thursday
$25 per hour minimum 2 hour rental
Includes set up & clean up

Additional Services Available

Parking Attendant: $50 per event.
Recommended for Weddings, Receptions and Parties with over 75 guests.

Event Set Up: $50.
Table and Chair set up and take down.
We will take care of the tables & chairs so you don't have to.

Hostess: $250. Up to 5 hours.
The Hostess will be sure your event is a success!
The hostess will be at your service to clear tables, serve cake, after event clean up including closing check list.
We recommend this service for wedding, receptions and large parties.

Wireless Internet Access: $15

Theme parties:
The additional fee will be determined on a party by party basis.
We do all the work, set up, the decorating, and the take down.
